Buck Hoist Operator

Job Description:
Innovative is hiring an experienced Buckhoist Operator for a construction project. We’re looking for a dependable professional with a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating buckhoists in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate buckhoist to transport personnel and materials between floors.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce and follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized hoist area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a buckhoist on active construction sites.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Location/Salary: Project Site is Located Downtown Cincinnati. Pay $20hr 40hrs at least a week could be more if overtime is required. Start time  6am end time will be discussed with onsite manager.
