Description of Duties 1. The Laborer 1 position is an entry level position which graduates to more skilled level ability. The successful Laborer 1 will master the following: Knowledge of power tools. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices on a construction site 

Minimum Requirements 

✓ The ability to work in harsh weather conditions for long periods of time ✓ The ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath.
