Exterior of all cooking equipment (oven, two fryers, grill and burners)
Exterior of all coolers, ice machine and dish machine
All prep tables and sinks
Walls and floor under, behind and around cooking equipment (which will require moving equipment)
Walls behind sinks, dish machine, dish drying rack and freezer
Entire kitchen floor and hallway floor into kitchen
Mop sink
