Innovative Labor and Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced Lull Operator/ Laborer as well a Spotter for the operator.  Prospective candidates must be responsible when handling equipment. You will also need a Lull Operator Certificate/ Machine Operator Certificate. The spotter should be knowledgeable of the Lull machine and familiar with how to spot the operator. Candidates must have the basic knowledge of tools and materials depending on job needs. 

Job Requirements

• Operating the Lull Machine(2+years experience)
• Excellent Eye Coordination
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery
• Good physical condition 
• Good organizational skills
• Pay Attention to detail.
• Must have work boots.
• Ability to perform other Laborer duties when asked and not operating Lull.

Physical Requirements

• Must be prepared for heavy lifting over 70lbs
• Good eyesight
• Good hearing and listening skills

Full-time 7am-5pm for both Positions
Pay: Lull Operator$22-$26hr. Lull Spotter(based on experience)
